stealing images online
(i.e Horse Deals website)
without purchasing them.
All images by Crazy Horse Designs, (& any other photography company
for that matter) must be purchased directly before
images can be used on websites, advertising etc.
Once they are purchased you are free to use them how ever
you wish-
as long as a photo credit is used.

Extra charges will be incurred if images are found to be used without
prior payment. Please note Horse Deals has a strict policy which
is advertised on each page of their website that no images are
to be taken, and all images are protected by Copyright.
Watermarks
and copyright notices are there for a reason.
Horse Deals Galley or any other website for that matter, is not
a free public place for images to be harvested, and removing copyright
notices/signatures from these images and believing this is the
correct way of obtaining them (esspecially when photographers
contact details are clearly shown at the bottom of the page) is
quite obviously incorrect. Future shows you attend may not feature
yourself or your horses in further Gallery displays if previous
images have been stolen.
Copyright fines
can be extremely hefty, so to protect yourself & your website designer
(who should be very well aware of these implications when helping
themselves to images) please contact the photographer who took
the image you want & don't steal them. If its good enough
to use on your website or in your advertising then its good enough
to pay for.
We photographers need to survive on something! :o)

magazine. An $16.50 per image cost applies- please email with proof
number and I can ensure your images arrive on time for deadlines.
